Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect on this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If you share health information with us, please also read our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
What we collect
Contact details you give us, like your name, email address, and phone number.
Information you send us in a form, a message, or a booking request.
Order details if you buy something, such as what you bought and when. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store them.
Health related answers if you take an assessment, a check in, or use the app. Those are covered in more detail in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.
Basic technical information our servers need to load pages, such as your browser type and your general location from your network address.
How we use it
To answer you, book you, and give you the service you asked for.
To create your results, your plan, and your recommendations.
To send you the emails you signed up for, like reminders and updates.
To take payment and keep our records straight.
To keep the site working and safe.
Who we share it with
Chris and anyone helping run First Step to Wellness. Nobody else on our side.
Companies that run parts of the service for us: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, our payment processor, and our customer relationship system. They handle your information only to do work for us. They are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade it or rent it. We do not give it to advertisers or data brokers.
We would only hand information to a government or court if the law required it.
Cookies and analytics
We run no advertising trackers and no analytics trackers on this site. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no TikTok pixel, and no session recording.
We use only the storage the site needs to work, like keeping you signed in and remembering your place in a form.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and health information while you are working with us, and after that only as long as we need it for our records.
We keep order and payment records longer because tax and accounting rules ask us to.
If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct it.
You can ask us to delete it.
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
You can withdraw a consent you gave us. Withdrawing consent does not undo work we already did before you asked.
Asking for any of this will never cost you service or price.
Children
This site is meant for adults. If a child works with us, a parent or guardian gives the information and the consent.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top and post the new version here.
