You agree not to:

• Use the Sites for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Sites

All services, content, and communications are educational and are not medical care. You agree that:

• Services may include non-medical wellness modalities such as Qest4 bioenergetic assessments, Nutrition Response Testing (NRT), Heart Sound Recorder (HSR), homeopathy education, wellness education, and lifestyle guidance. These modalities are not medical tests and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
• Any information, observations, recommendations, or educational materials provided are optional and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.
• You are responsible for your own health decisions and will consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.
• AI-assisted tools may be used to support administrative work, organize information, and draft educational materials or reports. The My Vitality Compass app includes an AI assistant that gives general educational answers based on the information you share. AI-assisted content is not medical advice and does not replace Chris's professional judgment. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect client information.

By using the Sites or participating in services, you acknowledge that wellness coaching and educational modalities involve inherent variability and that you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Scheduling, forms, reminders, and communications may be handled through the My Vitality Compass app, GoHighLevel, and/or Heal.me. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms and policies.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive texts from Chris Eve and/or through GoHighLevel and Heal.me for service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and administrative messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP (or using the opt-out method provided). Opting out may limit time-sensitive scheduling communications.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or Square and may be initiated through the My Vitality Compass app, GoHighLevel, and/or Heal.me. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor under its own policies. We may receive limited transaction details such as payment confirmation, date, and amount. If refunds are offered, they are governed by the cancellation or refund terms disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

Supplements and products may be ordered through Chris's practitioner accounts with third-party companies. Those purchases are subject to each company's own terms, shipping, and return policies. Supplements are not included in service fees unless stated.

You agree to the payment and intake requirements disclosed at booking and/or in appointment confirmations, including any deadlines for submitting intake paperwork and making payment before an appointment. Missing required deadlines may result in cancellation or rescheduling, as disclosed at booking.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are disclosed at booking and/or in appointment confirmations and are part of these Terms by reference.

Virtual sessions depend on technology and may be interrupted. You agree to participate from a safe, private location and to maintain your own device and internet access.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. Any permission to use testimonials for marketing is handled through separate written permission and/or intake documentation.

All content on the Sites is owned by Chris Eve or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission.

The Sites and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Eve is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Sites, content, or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chris Eve from claims and expenses arising from your misuse of the Sites or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated effective date.
